About Us

Reassurance Company Ltd is a wholly owned Ghanaian consultancy. The company specializes in providing development services including mining linkages, supply chain development, enterprise development, community development, agribusiness, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL).

The three principal consultants of the company are Kwame Aduako Aboagye-Atta, Stephen Kobina Ghansah, and Samuel Amissah. These are Ghanaian business development specialists who have over 30 years’ experience working with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ghana and have supported the development of several thousands of MSMEs across Ghana.

As project implementation professionals, Kwame, Stephen and Samuel have led teams to successfully implement several international development projects whose scope has included enterprise development, rural economic development and agribusiness. They have drafted project proposals and program charters for donor funding, developed program logical frameworks, deployed project teams and implemented programs from the planning stages through to execution to closure.

The team have implemented projects for international development agencies such as the United Nations World Food Program (UNWFP), International Finance Corporation (World Bank-IFC) and the DFID; international non-governmental organizations such as Opportunity International Global and UK, TechnoServe Inc, Lundin for Africa Foundation (USA) and WaterAid (UK); international multinationals such as Newmont Gold Mining Ltd, Chirano Gold Mining Ltd, Kinross Mining Ltd, Resolute Amansie Resources (Mining), Diageo PLC, Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC and Holec BV. They have also implemented projects for Ghanaian governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Trade and Industry; Ministry of Mines and Energy; the Volta River Authority (VRA) and the Venture Capital Fund.

They have conducted several research studies in Ghana and beyond for several international agencies such as the Department for International Development (DFID), Opportunity International (USA and UK), Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Citi Foundation and Compassion International,

The Staffing

The company has a staff of 3 consultants and eight (8) business development specialists, all of whom are university graduates. Their various fields include accounting, management, economics, integrated development, and ICT. They have extensive knowledge in research, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and enterprise development. They are all well trained in data collection tools such as android based open data kits.
