Kwame Aduako Aboagye-Atta is a development professional with specialisation in project management; monitoring, evaluation and learning; agribusiness; value chain analysis; mining linkages; enterprise development; local economic development and supply chain development in Ghana. He has over 31 years working experience in those sectors in Ghana.

He has implemented projects for international development agencies such as the United Nations World Food Program (UNWFP), International Finance Corporation (World Bank-IFC) and the DFID; international non-governmental organizations such as Opportunity International Global and UK, TechnoServe Inc, Lundin for Africa Foundation (USA), WaterAid (UK) and Compassion International; international multinationals such as Newmont Africa , Barry Callebaut, Red Back Mining Ltd and Kinross Mining Ltd. Kwame has also implemented projects for Ghanaian governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Volta River Authority (VRA) and the Venture Capital Fund.

Dr. Samuel Amissah is a Business Management Consultant, Microfinance Expert, Agric finance Expert, Entrepreneur and a Trainer with about 18 years practical working experience in Consulting, Microfinance, Agricultural Financing, Training & Capacity Building, Project Development & Management, and Value Chain Linkages.

Mr. Amissah’s experiences and achievements in his areas of specialization include: Consulting for Empretec Ghana Foundation in provide financial Literacy, entrepreneurial and business skills training for about 300 businesses under the Ghana Jobs and Skills Project implemented by the Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), sponsored by the World Bank; Leading consultant for PBC/Solidaridad Village Savings & Loans Associations (VSLA) program to provide financial literacy training to smallholder farmer groups and link them to microfinance institutions to have sustainable access to micro credit. Member of a team of Consultants (TSP) contracted by Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) under the Ghana Compact (Millennium Challenge Account) to implement Commercial Development of Farmer Based Organizations (CDFO) program. under the Development of Agricultural Productivity project, which was principal component of the Compact.
Mr. Amissah holds BSc (Agriculture), Masters (Business Administration) and a PhD in Business Administration.

Stephen Kobina Ghansah is, a Ghanaian, an agriculture/agribusiness and enterprise development expert, with over twenty-three (23) years of working experience.

Stephen’s expert experience covers a wide range of areas including agriculture and food value chain analysis; agribusiness development; supply chain development; procurement; mining linkages, project management; local economic development; and training, capacity building and technical assistance. Stephen has trained and built the capacity of several MSMEs and farmer-based organizations (FBOs) in Ghana
He has worked with and for multi-national organizations such as Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC (formerly Diageo PLC), TechnoServe Inc. and Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd. He has also worked on and implemented projects sponsored by international multinational firms such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd, Kinross Mining Ltd and Lundin for Africa.
